Lawyer Anderson Tsegah is a Partner at Galaxy Law Firm Ghana, leading the firm's Property Law and Real Estate practice. Called to the Ghana Bar in 2008, Anderson has established himself as a leading authority on property transactions, land registration, and real estate development across Ghana.
Anderson's practice encompasses all aspects of property law, from complex commercial real estate acquisitions to residential conveyancing. He has successfully guided domestic and international clients through Ghana's unique land tenure system, including stool lands, customary land rights, and the Land Act 2020 (Act 1036). His meticulous due diligence and title investigations have protected countless clients from land disputes and fraudulent transactions.
Prior to joining Galaxy Law Firm, Anderson managed the property law department at a prominent Accra-based firm and served as legal counsel to the Lands Commission.
