Called to the Ghana Bar in 2004, Edward has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Edward's practice focuses on complex corporate transactions, cross-border investments, banking regulatory compliance, and high-stakes commercial dispute resolution. He has successfully advised on some of Ghana's most significant mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the banking, energy, and natural resources sectors. Before founding Galaxy Law Firm, Edward served as a senior associate at one of Ghana's premier corporate law firms and held an in-house counsel position at a leading Pan-African bank.
