Prior to joining Galaxy Law Firm, Liticia was an associate in the corporate department of a leading international law firm in Accra, and served as legal counsel to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana. She holds an LL.B from the University of Ghana, a BL from the Ghana School of Law, and an LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law from Harvard Law School.
Liticia is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and serves on the board of the Ghana Women Lawyers Association.
